The Company recently received the “Sing Tao Service Awards 2025” - Sustainable Property Management Award again from Sing Tao Daily, serving as a testament to the Company’s efforts in green management, innovative ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices, and its proactive role in driving the green digitalization of the property management industry.
Hong Yip has consistently upheld the core principles of ESG. Every year the Company publishes its Sustainability Report to provide a comprehensive overview of its commitments and achievements of Environment, Society and Governance (ESG). In recent years, we have actively introduced smart property management system, utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT) and AI big data analytics to monitor and optimize the energy performance of managed properties, and formulate precise long-term carbon reduction plans in response to the Hong Kong government's goal of achieving "carbon neutrality" by 2050. Besides, Hong Yip is dedicated to community contributions and social responsibility. The Company supports a wide range of charitable initiatives to foster social harmony. Since 2014, the Company has co-organized the annual event "PEACEBOX" in collaboration with NGOs, schools, corporate partners, and churches, during Easter, delivering care and support to underprivileged families and those in need.
