Hong Yip has consistently upheld the “people-oriented” corporate philosophy of its parent company, Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited, and is dedicated to enhancing talent quality as a cornerstone of its sustainable development. Recently, the Company was commended the "QF Gold Star Employers" certificate at the “Qualifications Framework (QF) Partnerships Commendation Ceremony 2025” organized by the Education Bureau. Since its launch in 2020, this ceremony has been held for three times. Hong Yip is honoured to be one of the only two companies, among 94 awarded companies, to receive this highest prestigious recognition for three consecutive times, showcasing the Company’s leadership position in the industry and recognizing our effort in talent training and development.
As the leader in the property management industry, Hong Yip established the “Hong Yip People Development Academy” (HYPDA) in 2007. To actively support the Education Bureau to implement the Qualifications Framework, the Company became the first property management company, accredited by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ), to run QF programs in 2010. In the same year, the Company also became the first company across all industries to provide in-house “Specifications of Competency Standards (SCSs)”-based courses for staff. Currently, Hong Yip is organizing over 20 QF-recognized courses from Levels 1 to 4. Additionally, Hong Yip is approved by Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) to be the only company to provide courses for Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence. By engaging in a strategic partnership with Li Ka Shing School of Professional and Continuing Education of the Hong Kong Metropolitan University, credit exemption is offered to our in-house graduates to save nearly half of their study time and tuition fees when enrolling to the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence Program of LiPACE, providing diversified professional training to its employees and enhancing the overall service quality.
