Hong Yip was awarded the “Best Practices Award” - Gold Award at the 2025 HKMA Quality Award, presented by The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) recently, highlighting its excellence in innovation, strategy execution, and talent development. During the three-year transitional period after the implementation of the "Property Management Services Ordinance", we launched the "Eagle Project" to actively cultivate talent for licensing. Hong Yip self-developed and launched the Advanced Diploma in Integrated Property Services Management (QF Level 4), approved by Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) as the specified qualification for Property Management Practitioners’ Tier 2 License. Employees can study for free during work hours, through an internal training platform, making us the only company in the industry to provide courses with dual recognition.
