Hong Yip has been awarded the "Caring Company" Logo for 23 consecutive years and recognized as the highest "Leading Performance" level
Hong Yip has long been committed to society and caring for the community. Recently, the Company, along with its subsidiaries and managed properties, was once again commended at the Caring Company Scheme 2024/25 Recognition Ceremony, organized by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS).
This year, Hong Yip not only received the "Caring Company" logo for the 23rd consecutive year but was also honoured with the highest "Leading Performance" level, demonstrating that our contributions have gained broad recognition in the industry, serving as a benchmark for the industry. In addition, 14 of our subsidiaries and managed properties received “Caring Company” logos at various performance levels. This fully reflects Hong Yip's consistent implementation of our core value "Building Homes with Heart" across all levels, as well as our efforts and contributions in community support, employee care, green operations, and social cooperation.
The "Caring Company" Scheme (the Scheme) has been running for 24 years, aiming to encourage companies to make continuous progress in practicing a caring culture and promoting sustainable social development. This year, the Scheme underwent a major reform, localizing international sustainable development frameworks to analyze and evaluate companies in terms of corporate governance, policy management, data tracking, disclosure, and collaboration, with recognition granted based on the overall performance.
Hong Yip will continue to deepen its sustainable development strategies, actively collaborate with social welfare organizations, and work together to build a caring society in Hong Kong.
