Recently, Sun Hung Kai Centre has once again received LEED Platinum recertification under “v4.1 Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings” from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), making it the longest-standing commercial building to maintain a Platinum rating in Hong Kong.
